Based
in rural Herefordshire we have been growing the very best
sprouts since 1985 and are passionate about organic nutritious
foods.
What
are Sprouts?
Sprouts
are living baby plants which are superb fresh vegetables and
salad ingredients, ideal for making exotic salads, sandwiches,
stir-fries, houmous, dips, soups, casseroles and ethnic dishes,
adding great flavour, texture and colour.
Every
seed is a treasure-trove of latent energy which bursts forth
when that seed germinates, converting the stored inactive
nutrients into a highly nutritious sprout, alive with phytonutrients,
protein and a vast array of vitamins and minerals.
Sprouts
are also an excellent nutritional source for vegetarians,
vegans and those on a gluten free diet.
